How can I define the infornations and details of my spa?

Side Tab – Settings – Text In Booking

You’ll be able to fill-in new information or modify existing information according to the headings displayed on the page: business phone, address, notes about the place, cancellation policy.

How can I setup my spa rooms?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Room Setup
You’ll be able to define the room by : Name , Type of room (treatments/stay), and which treatments will be performed in the room.

 

Is it possible to change the prices of treatments ?

YES.

How can I add an additional time range for treatments?

You can leave a request using the “Support” button and leaving a demand of the desired time to be added.

Can I add "add-ons" or change their price?

No (at least not right now), you can leave a request by clicking the “Support” button at the bottom of the page and entering the details of the desired add-on, including price.

How can I create a new USER for one of the employees at the spa?

You can leave a request in the “Support” button with the details: employee name, phone number and password of his choice.

How can I add new / fictitious therapists?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Therapist Managment – Add new \ fictitious
When adding a real therapist, you can fill in: name, phone number, gender, what treatments that therapist performs, and whether he treats all genders or whether he has a preference for men/women.

how to Active \ Inactive a therapist

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Therapist Managment
By clicking on the desired Therapist , you will be able to see if he is active.
You can also make him inactive by removing the active check mark.

How can shifts be scheduled for the therapists?

Side Tab – Spa Occupancy Calendar – Shifts.
the next step will be clicking on ” Edit Week” under each therapist

How can I print a schedule for therapists?

Main Screen – icon : Printing Daily Schedule .
You can print a schedule by: therapists, by week, or by month.

Where can I enter a therapist rate?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Settings Managment.
Under the title “Salary Settings” –you have rates option by: minute or percentage.
after entering the amount –  “Change rate”

How can I set a different rate for a therapist than for other therapists?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Therapist Managment .
Click on the desired therapist.
Uncheck “Default – Per Minute”.
Add a check mark to “Per Minute” – and enter the desired rate that will be specific to that therapist

Where can I set the cleaning time?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Spa Treatments
You can mark the desired cleaning time by clicking on the number of minutes.

How can I set the add-on prices as weekend prices?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Operating Hours and Holiday
check the days you want to define as weekend in the column:
1. Add-on Pricing
2. Therapist Rate

How can I display only the operating hours in the calendar?

Side Tab – Spa Settings – Settings Managment.
Under the title “Occupation calendar”
check – “Start time according to the start time of activity/treatment “

How can I send a health declaration to a customer?

A health declaration can be sent automatically by checking the button in:
Side Tab – Spa Settings – Settings Managment.
under the title ” booking functionality ”
check – ” send reminder and health declaration one day before a 6 pm “

How can I send a health declaration to a specific customer?

Side Tab – Health Declaration – Send Declaration – fill in phone number

Can more types of questions be added to the health declaration?

Yes, by leaving a request in the “Support” button and entering the desired question you would like to add.

How can I disable/enable sending an automatic message to fill out a customer review?

Side tab – Settings – Reviews – Turn on/off automatic sending
You can also choose in the same way whether to display your spa reviews on the Spa Plus website.

How can I define / design my gift card page?

Side tab – Giftcard management – Page display settings.
You will be able to upload a logo and background image from your personal database, you can add the business description and typed text of your choice that you would like to appear on the gift card page.
To view the page, you can click on “Link to screen”

How can I create a new voucher?

Side tab – Giftcard management – Add new
If the voucher is set as “active” it will automatically appear on the gift card website.

How can I redeem a voucher?

It is recommended to redeem a voucher from within the order so that the voucher will be  correctly associated.
Select desired order –  payment – Payment method – “Supplier\Coupon\Voucher” – Enter voucher number.

How can I add a new supplier to my system?

Side tab – Settings – Suppliers and payments – clicking on the desired supplier.
(If the supplier is not found, you can leave a request to add a new supplier in the “Support” button, detailing the name of the supplier you wish to add.)

how can i refund a customer?

Side tab – Transaction details – Select Order \ Customer search
– Clicking the “Credit” button.

Search for a desired client – when you click on it, an option will appear: “redemption  treatment”

How do I create a coupon code?

Side tab – Settings – Coupons – Add New.

Is the coupon valid on all online websites?

No, a coupon code will only be valid on the BIZ online website.

How can I limit the time for orders to arrive from the online website?

You can choose how many hours in advance you want to receive online orders by:
Side tab – Spa settings – Manage settings.
Under the heading “Online booking” you can select the desired number of hours or “Unlimited”

Where can I see my online business website?

Side tab – Spa settings – Online display.
Clicking on the link that appears under the title “Online Link”  will open your online website.

How can I characterize/design my online website?

Side tab – Spa settings – Online display.
You can choose which treatment you want to display on the site by using the treatment table on the page and clicking on the buttons for the desired treatments.
You can also add a logo image .
You can mark which add-ons you want to display on the online site – the add-ons will appear under the titles:
-Package Add-ons
-General Add-ons
-Accompanying Add-ons
-Room Add-ons

How can I turn my online website on/off?

Side tab – Spa settings – Online display.
Under the title “Pop Online Settings” you can check the “Enable Pop Online at Business” button to activate the online website and vice versa.
